Keep Yourself Up to Date With Our Classes

Are you aware that the state of Arkansas requires home inspectors to take 14 hours of continuing education classes per year? If you just found out, don't panic. Arkansas Home Inspector Institute is here to assist you. You'll have access to numerous classes that cover:

• New electrical codes
• Plumbing codes
• And more

Stay up to date in your field and industry by attending these classes. All our instructors are licensed home inspectors or licensed in the field that they are teaching.

For 2025 CE, we have planned the following dates and curriculum. Upon Board approval, we will open up Registration.  Requested approval dates (State Board meets Sept 19) October 23/24 and December 18/19.

Board approvals: AR002-CE (NEC 2023 Changes), AR005-CE (SOP and Code of Ethics), Wood Destroying Organisms for Home Inspectors, & Running and Building a Home Inspection Business.
